Trochai provides a white-label WhatsApp inbox and AI assistant platform for real estate agencies. The service includes conversation management, AI-powered responses, property listing management, analytics, and integrations with third-party services including WhatsApp Business API, Google Calendar, and Stripe.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with WhatsApp Business policies. You must not use the service to send spam, harass others, distribute malware, or violate any applicable laws or regulations. You are responsible for all content transmitted through the platform.
Certain features of the service require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Message packs are prepaid and do not expire. Refund policies are governed by your subscription agreement.
Our AI assistant generates responses based on your organization's context and property data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving automated responses. Trochai is not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
You agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business policies, including the 24-hour messaging window rules, template message requirements, and opt-in consent requirements. Violation of WhatsApp policies may result in suspension of your WhatsApp Business API access.
The Trochai platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Trochai. Your property listings, conversation data, and organizational content remain your property. You grant us a limited license to process this content as necessary to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trochai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Jose, Costa Rica.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on the platform. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
